Ingredients required:

  • 4 cups of bread flour,
  • 1 tablespoon of salt,
  • 2 tablespoons of butter,
  • ½ cup of honey,
  • 2 cups of whole wheat flour,
  • 1 tablespoon or a sachet of instant yeast,
  • 1 cup of lukewarm water.

Procedure of preparation:

To follow this whole wheat bread recipe you should take a cup of lukewarm water in a large bowl. Add the honey and yeast to it and stir the mixture well. Mix four cups of bread flour and stir well so that it is made into an even mass. Keep it for half an hour.

In a bowl melt the butter with mild heat. Add salt to it and mix it well.

Then put the whole wheat bread content in it as well. Knead the whole content gradually so that it wouldn’t stick to your fingers or the bowl. You may put more of the whole wheat bread if you feel like it. Cover it with a wet cloth and place it for half an hour.
